What is collected
Contact details you send by email, and any material you share as part of a request — documents, data, drafts, research, notes and links.
How it is used
Solely to respond to enquiries, deliver the research and editorial work you have commissioned, and manage billing.
Third-party tools
Membership requests are managed through a private Trello board. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; card details are never seen or stored by Pergamon Office.
Confidentiality
Client materials, market data and unpublished work are treated as confidential and are not shared publicly without permission.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data held about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing hello@pergamonoffice.com.
