Terms of Service

Membership
£1,250 per month at the founding rate, billed monthly. One active request at a time, with unlimited requests held in a private Trello queue. Membership may be paused or cancelled month to month.
Research & Editorial Sprint
From £750 for one fixed-scope project, including research where appropriate and one revision round. Final pricing depends on scope. No subscription is created.
What counts as a request
A request is one clearly defined deliverable — a research brief, an article, a newsletter, a report refresh, a content audit, or a single repurposing batch. Larger assignments may be divided into stages, and each stage counts as its own request.
Delivery
Most requests are delivered in two to three business days. Research-heavy work typically takes four to seven business days or more.
Revisions
One revision round is included with each request, covering reasonable changes within the agreed direction and original brief.
Guarantee
Not loving it after a week? Get 75% back, no questions asked. The guarantee applies to first-time memberships only and does not apply to one-off sprint work.
Scope of service
Pergamon Office provides research, writing and editorial services only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or regulated advice, and nothing produced should be treated as such.
Ownership
On payment, you receive rights to use the completed work as agreed. Pergamon Office does not publish or resell client work.
